Amanda is a seasoned leader with a 20-year background in consulting and leadership. She has led teams ranging in size from 1 to 100 and has worked across multiple aspects of Talent for companies ranging from small local businesses to global Fortune companies like Dell and Conduent. At Dell, Amanda was a key leader on Dell's Americas Talent Acquisition team through multiple mergers and acquisitions of +50K people, an HR technology transformation, and a Diversity and University recruitment organizational transformation. At Conduent, she led the Global Talent Acquisition COE through a 100K+ person split-up, a Talent Acquisition technology transformation, the establishment of Conduent's first employment brand and Talent Acquisition marketing team, and built its first Diversity and Inclusion organization from the ground up.

Shaped by her lived experiences, Amanda possesses a passion and dedication to strive daily for equity and inclusion for all people in the workforce. She uses her passion to fuel her focus at Good Works where she is responsible for recruitment and search engagement with mission-driven clients. Amanda relies on her years of expertise in finding and placing niche, diverse talent in key roles to devise market-leading search strategies for Good Works clients.

Having served in multiple and diverse executive leadership roles, Amanda has a keen understanding of client needs with senior leadership and executive roles. She knows what is required for candidates to succeed and has a known track-record for identifying candidates that are able to join and quickly integrate and impact organizations.

Amanda and her wife, Samantha, live in Austin, TX with their Pitbull children, Ruth Ellen and Rosa Michelle. In her downtime, you can find Amanda singing or cooking (usually both at the same time!)
