Fran Benjamin, MBA
Managing Partner & Executive Coach

Fran has navigated the executive ranks as a non-binary queer person and utilizes this unique experience, combined with leading-edge research and practical industry expertise, to advise clients to successfully traverse the complexities of equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging throughout their organizations. As a white person, Fran is committed to the work of antiracism while challenging and troubling his own position of power and privilege.
Fran has guided people and organizations through strategic transformation for over 15 years. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, his work has concentrated in the Technology and Life Science industries, as well as with artist and activist communities. Fran served as the Vice President and Head of People for GRAIL, Inc. one of the world’s fastest growing Life Sciences Technology startups dedicated to detecting cancer early when it can be cured. Between 2017 and 2021, Fran guided the unicorn company through nearly 4x employee growth, financing of over $1.5B, a public S1 filing, and the eventual acquisition by Illumina for $8B. At GRAIL, Fran coached the c-suite on amplifying sound leadership throughout the organization, and designed a progressive organizational and human resources strategy to address the needs of a rapidly changing talent landscape. He has had a coaching practice focused on CEO clients in Life Sciences and Healthcare for several years. He guides teams to build cohesion and efficacy through trust, connection, and communication.
Prior to joining GRAIL, while leading Diversity Strategy at Airbnb, Fran guided executives through systemic change, personal transformation, and mindset shifts to build high performing teams anchored in diversity.
Fran consulted to Fortune 100 and entrepreneurial executives alike on building leadership ecosystems and inclusive cultures while serving as the Chief of Staff within Deloitte Consulting His experience leading teams of 30+ across global geographies informs how Fran guides clients. Fran has advised companies such as NIKE, Genentech, Airbnb, Cargill, and Bayer.
Fran was an Organizational Behavior Fellow at the UCLA Anderson School of Management where he received his MBA. While completing his BA, Fran was fortunate to be a Norman Topping Scholar at the University of Southern California, a cohort of first generation and minority college students. Fran received a Professional Coaching Certification from New Ventures West and is an Integral Coach focusing on executive development. When not advising and consulting, Fran spends time exploring the Bay Area with his husband and daughter, or by bringing beauty to the world as a performer, vocalist, and visual artist. Fran is a RYT 200 certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and is a student of somatics in leadership development.

Juliana is an advocate of companies looking to make profound cultural and strategic transformations. By combining her business acumen with the rigor of academic research and the systemic approach of social technologies, she drives transformation by balancing purpose and profit.
As a Good Works Consulting Project Lead, she assists organizations in embracing a meaningful and practical approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-racism, redesigning their talent lifecycle, and navigating organizational transformation.
Also, she is currently part of the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility) database of practitioners for the NASA Astrophysics Division and a Program Leader of the Executive Presence and Influence Program at Wharton School.
Prior to Good Works, Juliana worked at the Royal Bank of Canada, EY, and AXA. She is an alumna of the Identity, Diversity, and Inclusion Lab at the University of Toronto.
Juliana holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, a master’s in engineering from Universidad de los Andes, and a BEng in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander. She spends much of her free time learning about gender analytics, anti-racism, and modern social justice.

Bejtush Ademi, MBA, PhD

Bejtush is passionate about and well-versed in finance, business models, innovation, and entrepreneurship. He enjoys helping startups set up proper financial reporting mechanisms and raise funds and has worked with companies across the globe.
Bejtush holds an MBA with focus in finance and strategic management from Willamette University, Oregon, US and is currently a PhD candidate at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Bejtush’s PhD research project, "Business model innovation for sustainability,” focuses on the process of business model innovation for sustainability with the goal of producing an integrated framework to support firms in their business transitions.

Rosie Nestingen

Rosie is a transformation leader driven to create access to opportunities and equity of experience through culture, change, connection, communication, and community. Her extensive background includes roles in retail, marketing, hospitality, and most recently, technology. Her expertise lies in talent transformation, diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee engagement, and employer branding.
During her time as the Technology Talent Transformation Director at Best Buy, Rosie oversaw employee experience, talent development, DEI, and communications. She developed a strategy to attract and retain over 1,000 technologists and implemented programs to support current employees through training, engagement, and career advancement opportunities, with a focus on diversity and representation.
A career highlight includes traveling around North Dakota (her home state) delivering workshops, presentations, and training on Diversity and Inclusion to community leaders and youth. This experience deeply shapes her approach to inclusion and impact today.
Rosie’s work has been recognized in publications such as Fast Company, Twin Cities Business Magazine, Wall Street Journal, and Cosmopolitan, and she has been a featured speaker for TedX, The Knot, Mercer, University of Minnesota, and the podcast ‘Terrible, Thanks for Asking,’ where she has shared her insights on culture, transformation, and the future of work. She has advised companies such as Coach, Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman, Medtronic, Grant Thornton, and The Primetime Emmy Awards.
Rosie is passionate about empowering women and girls in her community. She actively supports local entrepreneurs and nonprofits that share her mission. She is proudly the Founding Member of The Labor Club, Impact 100, and Society of Working Moms.
Rosie identifies as a cisgender, Black woman, an adoptee, and an advocate. She has made it her mission to build creative solutions that promote inclusion, drive equity, and create meaningful change. Outside of work, Rosie is an experienced musician and composer and enjoys embracing the four seasons of Minnesota with her husband and daughter.

Bahareh “Berry” Soltani

Berry is an impact-focused HR leader with over a decade of experience spanning diversity, equity, and inclusion and organizational development. With a unique blend of in-house and consulting expertise, she has driven transformative change across various industries, from high-growth tech companies to established enterprises.
Most recently as Director of DEI and People Analytics at Stitch Fix, Berry designed and implemented company-wide DEI initiatives while leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness. Her work has resulted in significant improvements in leadership trust, employee engagement, and equitable talent practices. Prior to Stitch Fix, she brought her strategic vision to Twitter, where she led the company's U.S. Latinx talent strategy and pioneered their first DEI scorecard system to enable executive accountability.
As a Senior Consultant at Paradigm Strategy, Berry partnered with over 20 organizations across tech, healthcare, legal, and nonprofit sectors to build more inclusive cultures, implement sustainable DEI strategies, and train leaders to keep equity at the center of all their decisions. Her consulting experience includes work at CEB (now Gartner), where she specialized in enhancing the consistency, efficiency, and scalability of clients’ talent assessment and organizational development practices.
Berry holds a Master's of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University. Her systems-thinking approach and commitment to measuring impact have consistently delivered tangible results in both employee engagement and organizational equity. Outside of work, she can be found running around the Bay with her dog, trying out different forms of artistic expression, and coalition building with local community groups and friends. Kevin earned his doctorate in business administration from The University of Missouri-St. Louis where he focused on the impact of abusive supervision on organizational culture/climate, and employee coping behaviors. Kevin received his MBA from The University of Missouri-Kansas City with an emphasis in leadership & change in human systems and general management and his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Central Missouri.

Fred Kohler, MBA

Fred utilizes systems thinking to diagnose challenges and co-create interventions to increase business performance. He is adept at both individual coaching and supporting executive teams to reach peak performance. His approach is informed by over 30 years of international Human Resources experience, living and working in the US, Europe, and Asia while supporting a broad array of industries including high tech, pharma, and bio-tech. He leverages his experience navigating various cultures to bridge differences with curiosity and empathy.
Some of his proudest achievements are creating pragmatic programs to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion, leveraging the energy of the whole company. He is a skilled facilitator and trainer of leadership, change management, and communication. His most recent engagements include VP of People for 23andMe, helping people access, understand, and benefit from the human genome, and VP of People for Grail, a biotech company detecting cancer early when it can be cured. In these roles, he led human capital strategies and implementation during very dynamic times. Both of these companies were high growth startups ending in positive exits: a public offering and an acquisition by Illumina, respectively. He has also worked with leadership teams world-wide at a number of premium employee-driven companies including: Autodesk, Juniper Networks, Genentech, and Roche developing internal cultures that increase retention and engagement.
Fred earned an MBA at the University of California at Berkeley, and a BA at Bucknell University in English and Economics. He is a certified coach from the Coaching Training Institute. Fred lives with his two children and wife in the Bay Area where he enjoys skiing, hiking, and triathlons.

Living in multiple countries and supporting global teams, Nadia's expertise lies in helping
organizations evolve processes, organizational designs, and talent strategies to support long-term and sustainable growth. She was the former VP of People Partnering and Development at GRAIL, where she led the HRBP function as well as centers of excellence including Talent Management, DEI, Learning and Development, and Employee Relations. Prior to GRAIL she held similar roles at Airbnb, Gap, Accenture, and KPMG.To support her client engagements, Nadia believes that targeted coaching can help accelerate talent initiatives, particularly for leaders who are responsible for ensuring intentional growth or driving change within an organization. Her coaching approach is centered on helping individuals increase their self-awareness and align with personal values. Additionally she assists them in unlocking their potential to address recurring patterns that may impede their ability to focus on the most important aspects of their lives. As a team coach and talent manager, Nadia also helps leaders enhance their skills in supporting their teams, especially given the greater complexity of managing hybrid teams. Through her coaching, she provides leaders with effective strategies for fostering team collaboration, building trust, and promoting individual growth within their organizations.

Stephanie Fujii

This belief underpins the past 15 years+ of her career, which spans executive assessment and coaching, leadership development, executive search, and MBA program development, admissions and recruiting. Stephanie draws upon her deep experience in holistic assessment and empathic listening to support her clients in increasing their capacity to listen deeply to themselves and to others, strengthen their authentic leadership voice and communication, navigate uncertainty, and bring more intention to their leadership and their lives.
Prior to establishing her executive coaching practice, Stephanie consulted for Russell Reynolds, advising Boards, Chief Executive Officers and other senior leaders on selecting the best candidates to lead their organizations into the future. She assessed and recruited transformational and inclusive leaders for mission-driven organizations, with a special emphasis on social impact and innovation across educational, cultural, social justice and philanthropic organizations. She was a member of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion Practice, working to build diverse networks and convene diverse communities. Her clients included organizations, institutions and foundations focused on increasing access and furthering economic, racial and gender equity in areas such as education ranging from K-12 to higher ed, arts and culture, and the environment.
Her passion for executive development emerged from her 10 years at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where she ran the MBA Admissions Department and later served in the inaugural role of Assistant Dean for the Full-time MBA (FTMBA) Program and Admissions. She served on the Board for the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management (CGSM), an organization with a mission to enhance diversity and inclusion in global business education and leadership by striving to reduce the significant underrepresentation of African Americans, Hispanic Americans and Native Americans.
Stephanie holds a BA in cultural anthropology from Brown University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She received her Certified Integral Coach® credential through New Ventures West and is also certified in the Hogan executive assessment tool. She is a certified conflict resolution mediator through SEEDS Community Resolution Center, a nonprofit community-based organization rooted in restorative justice practices.
