Percy has spent the last 10+ years in the talent acquisition landscape. From entry to the executive level, technical and non-technical, and start-ups to Fortune Top 50 companies, she has recruited and placed wonderful candidates in diverse industries such as Fintech, SAAS, Internet, Consulting Services, Marketing, and E-commerce.
She is grateful that her path provided her with numerous opportunities, such as leading a global team of talent sourcers and admin staff. Her career runway also gave her the chance to help companies in broader capacities, serving as an HR Executive, an Operations POC, and a Project Coordinator.
Percy has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and a Strategic Human Resource Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. She continues to learn while she moves into ambiguous spaces, flexible roles, and dotted-line leadership, and she has also been unlearning as she works with great teams, mentors, and DEI communities.
Percy and her daughter are both crazy about their dogs. She feels that she's living the best version of her life because when she's not spending moments with them, she has the time to read and care for her plants, and she has the liberty to ponder seriously for twenty minutes what to watch on Netflix and then promptly proceed to fall asleep within ten minutes – and also because Percy feels she will always remain in love with recruiting and finding talent.
